Rajkumar Kanagaraj cbb15ad9ac ThisThread::sleep_for is asserted when the PWM test case calls this API with IRQ masked, so wait_us is used to fix this issue as PWM testes to be executed with interrupt disabled to avoid context switch. 2020-04-08 10:35:07 +01:00

Przemyslaw Stekiel 22acc795c9 fpga_ci_test_shield-uart: Disable test cases not supported on NRF52840_DK target 
According to the documentation, `NRF52840_DK` does not support odd parity and 2 stop bits. Skip these test case using #if !defined(TARGET_NRF52840) directive.
This is temporary solution. In the future we shell consider adding `uart_get_capabilities()` function.

Przemyslaw Stekiel 4b6c844be9 Extend FPGA-Test-Shield SPI master test 
Increase coverage of the SPI master FPGA test:
 - check supported frequencies (based on the device capabilities),
 - add support for manual CS handling and test cases,
 - add test cases for rx/tx buffers with different length (based on the device capabilities),
 - add test case for one symbol transmission,
 - add test cases for different symbol sizes (based on the device capabilities).

Przemyslaw Stekiel 766c3647d7 Update tests-mbed_hal_fpga_ci_test_shield-pwm test (adapt for NRF_52) 
Looks like the PWM works fine on NRF52840_DK target, but this target has hardware limitation and the max PWM period is ‭32 767‬ us.
That is why test cases when the period is set 50 ms are failing.
The test will be modified to test the 30 ms period instead of 50 ms, so the test can pass on all CI targets.

Maciej Bocianski bf48415dd3 fpga i2c test: limit tested peripherals 
Due to lack of i2c_free function switching between peripherals
cause i2c tests failures on some targets.
For now limit testing to single peripheral.

Chun-Chieh Li 1bf6d898b0 FPGA: Free up I2C pins to avoid interference with following I2C tests 
The most suitable place to free up I2C pins is in i2c_free(). Due to
i2c_free() not available in I2C HAL, we free up I2C pins manually by
configuring them back to GPIO.

Without free-up of I2C pins, SDA/SCL pins of the same I2C peripheral may
share by multiple ports due to 'all ports' tests here, and the following I2C
tests would be subject to interference by shared ports.

The Nuvoton targets listed below don't support input pull-up/pull-down mode
and so are skipped for test:
- NUMAKER_PFM_NANO130

Steven Cooreman f6a70b2028 Increase ADC test tolerance to 5% 
During the SiP workshop, we discovered that 3% is too narrow due to a combination of:
Voltage rail differences between target and FPGA
Extension of lesser-resolution ADC's to 16-bit results
