Deepika ed58ff0405 Disabling DSP and FPU for Cortex-M33 
Change shared by @Gabor Kertesz

Hard-fault on Musca was because of enabled floating point instructions,
disabling DSP and FPU.

QSPI feature was mistakenly moved form target nrf52840 to nrf52832
while rebasing. This change fixes it
