These days Nanostack does let you bind to an address - permit this.
(Remembering to check it is an IPv6 address).

For the two calls that use the address - sendto and connect, check that it
actually is an IPv6 address.

Christopher Haster 8b7c051d03 lwip - Change k64f emac layer to drop frames on buffer exhaustion 
Previously, exhausting hardware buffers would begin blocking the lwip
thread. This patch changes the emac layer to simply drop ethernet
frames, leaving recovery up to a higher level protocol.

This is consistent with the behaviour of the emac layer when unable
to allocate dynamic memory.

Christopher Haster d8d2b0a41d nsapi - Added better heuristic for the default record of DNS queries 
Takes advantage of the get_ip_address function to predict the IP
address version wanted by the underlying interface. The should avoid
the need for most IPv6 interfaces to overload gethostbyname.

Kevin Bracey 6d263723c1 Fix secure operation; some name and logical tidies 
Secure sending code was passing the remote address as the source
address, bizarrely. This records the local address last used as the
destination for incoming packets and uses that.

Other fix-ups:

* dest_addr (ie remote address) removed from internal_socket_t; this isn't
  safe, as one socket talks to multiple remote peers. Use address in
  secure_session_t instead.
* Some renaming: listen_socket->socket, send/receive callbacks,
  remote_address+remote_port -> remote_host

Tero Heinonen 115aa3eee2 Delete all transactions when secure session is closed (#41) 
When handshake fails, or DTLS session is closed, all transactions must
be removed from coap protocol retransmission queue. Otherwise coap
retransmission will start new handshake.

Brian Daniels 7a8946ff24 Replacing getchar with RawSerial getc in greentea-client. 
This change prevents the standard library from allocating a large buffer
on the heap. On GCC_ARM, this is a saving of 1K. On ARM, this is a saving
of 64 bytes.
