컨테이너의 라이프사이클을 정의, 배포, 관리하기 위한 API와 인터페이스들을 노출하는 컨테이너 오케스트레이션 레이어.
이 계층은 다음과 같은 다양한 컴포넌트로 구성된다(그러나 제한되지는 않는다).
