web: Improve UX for copyCode animation

This commit introduces a new toast animation instead
of the previous modal that would have to be manually closed.
The new toast is less intrusive to the user's workflow
and closes by itself.
Fixes issue: 48950.

* Sync the l18n strings in the Brazilian Portuguese localization with the
current English version.
* Add small updates to `content/pt-br/community/_index.html` and
`content/pt-br/docs/_index.md`.
* Fix case studies title (was "Casos de Estudo", but correct translation
in Portuguese is "Estudos de Caso").
