strings.toUpper() converts a string to uppercase.

toUpper vs toTitle

The results of toUpper() and toTitle() are often the same, however the difference is visible when using special characters:

str = "dz"

strings.toUpper(v: str) // Returns DZ
strings.toTitle(v: str) // Returns Dz
