InfluxDB Cloud is available on multiple cloud providers and in multiple regions. Each region has a unique InfluxDB Cloud URL and API endpoint. Use the URLs below to interact with your InfluxDB Cloud instances with the InfluxDB API, InfluxDB client libraries, influx CLI, or Telegraf.

Discontinued InfluxDB Cloud regions

The InfluxDB Cloud service will be discontinued in the following regions as of June 30, 2023:

Amazon Web Services (AWS):
  • Asia Pacific - Sydney (ap-southeast-2)
Google Cloud Platform (GCP):
  • Europe West - Belgium (europe-west1)

To continue service after June 30, 2023, InfluxDB Cloud accounts in these regions must be migrated to different regions. For information about migrating to a different region, see Migrate to an account in a new region. {{% /warn %}}

Regions with multiple clusters

Some InfluxDB Cloud regions have multiple Cloud clusters, each with a unique URL. To find your cluster URL, log in to your InfluxDB Cloud organization and review your organization URL. The first subdomain identifies your InfluxDB Cloud cluster. For example:
