* Update sensor.py
Added information about the upstream line accorrding to fritzconnection library (available since V1.5.0) .
New information available are line sync speed,, noise margin and power attenuation.
Tested with ADSL and VDSL lines on fritzbox 7590, 7490 and 7390.
Not tested on cable internet / fiber. According to upstrem library should also work / fail gracefully.

This effectively fixes an important bug where the graph would go negative because 1.2.0 used the 32-bit counters and 1.3.0 uses 64-bit counters will not realistically go negative any time soon.
Changed the logging level for the polling of the fritz device tracker from info to debug. The message was logged up to 6 times per minute and bloated the log file.
