Following Merge pull request #4063 from LMESTM/17q2_L4_bootloader the NUCLEO_L476RG binairies could not boot anymore. The change done in #4063 was derived from work on NUCLEO_L429ZI target which supports uvisor. The VECTORS defintiion is introduced as part of uvisor support and requires further changes in ld file which were missing. As uvisor is not considered yet, we remove VECTORS for now and will introduce only when needed. |

ARM mbed OS
mbed OS is an open-source embedded operating system designed for the "things" in the Internet of Things (IoT). mbed OS includes the features you need to develop a connected product using an ARM Cortex-M microcontroller.
mbed OS provides a platform that includes:
- Security foundations.
- Cloud management services.
- Drivers for sensors, I/O devices and connectivity.
mbed OS is modular, configurable software that you can customize it to your device and to reduce memory requirements by excluding unused software.
