Sissors 699c1782d5 Increased KLxxZs interrupt handling speed
Instead of checking one bit at a time use a simple binary search
algorithm. Speed increase is roughly 250% (bit more for KL46).

Sergio Scaglia 3c2119fab6 These changes solve:
1) Endianess of TX_DESC_UPDATED_MASK so Tx buffers can be released after tranmission.
   2) Avoid assert( ) failure due uninitialized variable in enet_hal)config_tx_fifo( ) function.

Sissors da3c7c5e60 K20D5(0)M SPI code
Other pinouts still need to be done. PTC6 as MOSI possibly has issues.
There are also some changes which technically aren't required, but were
made in the search to why on earth it wasn't doing anything.

Sissors 2ec18a06d8 Fixed Freescale byte reads (minus k64)

for the issue. Now every byte read is treated equal and ACKs/NACKs are
correctly generated

Sissors ccdfed52eb Moved ticker timer to a PIT channel + adjusted namings
The timer which creates interrupts is now also done using one of the PIT
channels. Since also here no chaining is possible we still need to do
some bits in software, but 32-bit without prescaling is still better
than 16-bit with.

Also some code was moved around and naming conventions changes, since no
lptmr is used anymore, and calling both pit-timer would get confusing
