ohagendorf da9b7d33a4 Toolchain GCC ARM for Nucleo_F411RE 
- Linker script and startup for Nucleo_F411 - both are copies of
Nucleo_F401 with some changes (memory size, interrupt vector table)
- changes in target.py for the new toolchain

sg- 24f537ea60 [MTS_GAMBIT][K64F][exporters][net] Update directory names for K64F to allow derivative platforms. Change net/eth/lwip-eth/arch directory name to allow K64F derivative EthernetInterface support. Disable Ethernet in MTS_GAMBIT device.h - seems depreciated or just not implemented.
