RAJKUMAR KANAGARAJ ada250c7d6 Fixed greentea FileHandle test for microlib. 
As per "Difference between microlib and the default c library" from "http://arminfo.emea.arm.com/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.arm.doc.100073_0612_00_en/chr1358938938431.html" Microlib is not supported feof() and ferror() functions so modified all the test cases to pass without using feof() and ferror().

Ari Parkkila 2301af398e Cellular: Enable ePCO IE for BG96 driver 
As per 3GPP TS 24.301:

If the UE supports NB-S1 mode, Non-IP PDN type, or N1 mode,
then the UE shall support the extended protocol configuration options IE.
...
If the UE supports the extended protocol configuration options IE,
then the UE shall set the ePCO bit to extended protocol configuration options supported
in the UE network capability IE of the ATTACH REQUEST message.

Jussi Siponen 1c4a5b9d87 Change wifi example to build only DISCO_L475VG_IOT01A 
Currently mbed-os-example-blinky and mbed-os-example-wifi are built for each and every target in Mbed OS. This will change that only DISCO_L475VG_IOT01A is built for mbed-os-example-wifi. DISCO_L475VG_IOT01A was chosen as its one of the wi-fi supported boards and having integrated wi-fi.

Some packet loss may be expected/allowed with UDP.
Set socket timeout to continue testing if no response is received within a timeout.

Alexandre Bourdiol 328862028d Remove Tickless from STM32F4 targets 
Ticless on STM32 F4 boards causes SPI issue with following PR:
# 11682 Make FPGA tests to pass on CI targets (SPI, analogIn, PWM)

In asynch mode, using interrupts, SPI hardware detect an RX overrun.
Our understanding is that lpticker wrapper latency
causes issue similar to #8714 and #9785,
specially with SPI asynch which use interrupts.
