modtronix-com ccecacc129 Moved "stm32l1xx_hal_conf.h" to project folder. 
Moved "stm32l1xx_hal_conf.h" to target folder. This file is part of
STM32CubeL1, and this is the way it is done for the 95 examples supplied
with STM32CubeL1. This file should be part of project(target) folder,
not API. On mbed, this has been done for TARGET_STM32F4 and
TARGET_STM32F7 targets (in ../targets/cmsis/TARGET_STM folder). All
targets in these two folders already have the "stm32l1xx_hal_conf.h"
file in the target folder.

modtronix-com d314c4a586 Moved target folder as discussed with 0xc0170, renamed target to NZ32SC151 
Moved target from ../targets/cmsis/TARGET_STM folder to
../targets/cmsis/TARGET_STM/TARGET_STM32L1 folder as discussed with
0xc0170 (github.com/mbedmicro/mbed/pull/928). Renamed target from
NZ32ST1L to NZ32SC151. Details for board at
www.modtronix.com/nz32-sc151.html

Giuliano Dianda f67632b347 STM32: Fix HSE/HSI clk source detection 
When using online compiler (Keil) SystemInit (and systick stuff) is call
before RW  data is initialized, so static and global variables contains
garbage. AHBPrescTable was one of these.

GustavWi d8df2f25d3 Set most of the targets to a fixed heap and stack ratio relative to ram. 1/4 of ram to heap and 1/8 of ram to stack. There are some exception where the ram is small and the target support an rtos, then the heap requires more than 1/4 of RAM 2015-02-27 12:57:45 +01:00
