Yossi Levy 473f8d3f94 Fixing the order of component if more than one is included for a target. 
Revert deprecation of FlashIAPBlockDevice 2 argument constructor has this was a breaking change. This follows a similar change in the external flashiap-driver repo.

Filip Jagodzinski f415af8147 Tests: SleepManager: Update test_check() test 
Increase delta to 500 us. This value is still short enough to detect
incorrect behavior of the sleep_manager_can_deep_sleep_test_check() fun,
but allows the targets with low LP timer accuracy to pass, i.e.
NUCLEO_F429ZI.
