Fixed issues related to About dialog:
...
1) On resizing, the server configuration text area should be resized.
2) Any password should not be visible in the configuration.
3) Configurations are not properly quoted.
4) Added the "Copy" button so that the user can copy the configuration directly.

us to replace the existing driver with the currently used. The current
implementation supports to connect the PostgreSQL and Postgres Plus
Advanced Server using the psycopg2 driver.

Add automatic browser menu integration for modules.

Modules may now include functions that return lists of menu items
