test: add go-sdk cases for database properties (#39484)

issue: #33419 
- Add test cases for database properties
- Fixed typo AlterDatabaseProperies to AlterDatabaseProperties
- Rename UsingDatabase to UseDatabase
- Rename ListDatabases to ListDatabase
