Qiming b5f6df9926 Consolidate YAML files [part-8] (#9347) 
* Consolidate YAML files [part-8]

This PR exacts the YAML files referenced from the following subdirs:

- docs/concepts/workloads
- docs/concepts/configuration
- docs/concepts/policy

The following problems are fixed:

- docs/concepts/workloads/controllers/ doesnt have a 'cronjob.yaml for
  test
- the exactly same `pod.yaml` was used in both the task/config-pod-container
  topic and the concepts/configuration topics.

* Update examples_test.go

* Add missing yaml file.

Note: These tests are importing code from kubernetes that isn't really meant to be used outside the repo. This causes vendoring problems. As a result, we have to work around those with these lines in the travis config:

- rm $GOPATH/src/k8s.io/kubernetes/vendor/k8s.io/apimachinery
- rm $GOPATH/src/k8s.io/kubernetes/vendor/k8s.io/apiserver
- rm $GOPATH/src/k8s.io/kubernetes/vendor/k8s.io/client-go
- cp -r $GOPATH/src/k8s.io/kubernetes/vendor/* $GOPATH/src/
- rm -rf $GOPATH/src/k8s.io/kubernetes/vendor/*
- cp -r $GOPATH/src/k8s.io/kubernetes/staging/src/* $GOPATH/src/
