Qiming Teng	bc4758e3b2	Add config APIs metrics API The 'metrics.k8s.io' APIs are exposed by the 'metrics-server' component to facilitate auto-scaling. The other two APIs are for fetching metrics from custom or external sources respectively.	2023-09-19 09:20:31 +08:00
