* Clarified step of getting Kubernetes cluster name; fixed quoting in command that sets `APISERVER`.
Need to set `CLUSTER_NAME` before using it.
The single quote in the `APISERVER` command prevented the expansion of the `CLUSTER_NAME` variable.
