Add section on specifying k8s version for minikube (#5172)
I struggled to discover information on how to specify a kubernetes version when starting minikube. Ultimately, I found the answer through searching Github issues, and also running `minikube start --help`. Given it seems like a fairly common task, I think it could be useful to include it in the getting started documentation.pull/5160/merge

#### Specifying the Kubernetes version
Minikube supports running multiple different versions of Kubernetes. You can
access a list of all available versions via
```
minikube get-k8s-versions
```
You can specify the specific version of Kubernetes for Minikube to use by
adding the `--kubernetes-version` string to the `minikube start` command. For
example, to run version `v1.7.3`, you would run the following:
```
minikube start --kubernetes-version v1.7.3
```
