Mention Windows Server 2022 for Windows nodes
This updates the Windows nodes in Kubernetes intro paragraph to clarify it from the beginning that Windows Server 2019 is not a required version to run Windows node. It also aligns the intro with the detailed Windows OS version compatibility section below.pull/44401/head
