When the docker exit status is 125, it is not entirely certain that it is caused by duplicate names.There may also be other errors.
e.g:
➜  minikube git:(oci-remove-todo) ✗ docker run -itzz
unknown shorthand flag: 'z' in -zz
See 'docker run --help'.

125

So delete this TODO info.
