hunteraraujo	a0512254ca	Add LeaderboardService with submitReport Method ... This commit adds a new `LeaderboardService` class featuring a `submitReport` method. This method allows for the submission of `BenchmarkRun` objects to the leaderboard via a POST request to the `/api/reports` endpoint.
