* Upgrade CI Markdown checks - Use tcort/github-action-markdown-link-check instead of deprecated gaurav-nelson/github-action-markdown-link-check. - Pin actions to SHA version to mitigate possible supply chain attacks. - Consolidate markdown checks into a single workflow.
