This allows the device to communicate using other routing enabled devices as intermediate routers. This device is also able to participate in the routing of data between other devices in the mesh network. ## Overview Wireless z-wave water shutoff controller, prevent water damage. The EBV105 water shutoff controller is easy to install and configure. No special tools or plumbing required. The included clamp supports installation. You need to add a water leak sensor. ### Inclusion Information Place the Z-Wave controller in pairing (learning) mode. Press the SET/Power button 3 or more times rapidly (within 0.5 seconds). ### Exclusion Information Place your Z-Wave controller in exclusion (un-learning) mode. Once the controller is in exclusion mode, bring the EBV105 close to the Z-Wave controller (several feet) and press the Power button 3 or more time rapidly (within 0.5 seconds). ## Channels The following table summarises the channels available for the EBV-105 -: | Channel Name | Channel ID | Channel Type | Category | Item Type | |--------------|------------|--------------|----------|-----------| | Switch | switch_binary | switch_binary | Switch | Switch | ### Switch Switch the power on and off. The ```switch_binary``` channel is of type ```switch_binary``` and supports the ```Switch``` item and is in the ```Switch``` category. ## Device Configuration The device has no configuration parameters defined. ## Association Groups Association groups allow the device to send unsolicited reports to the controller, or other devices in the network. Using association groups can allow you to eliminate polling, providing instant feedback of a device state change without unnecessary network traffic.
