Remove EXTRA_JAVA_OPTS for serial devices (#1295)
This is no longer required and has been removed from openHABian some time ago already. On a sidenote, we need a tutorial for migrations to OH3. At least a major overhaul of this page with an OH3 section / diffs. Signed-off-by: Markus Storm <markus.storm@gmx.net>pull/1301/head
