Subject: [PATCH] Ignore the 'skills' symlink

The .gitignore wasn't ignoring the symlink that would be created in
dev_setup.sh to point to /opt/mycroft/skills.  The gitignore treats
what looks like an absolute path "/skills" as relative to the
repo.
