#372 - dev_setup.sh ignores WORKON_HOME when VIRTUALENV_ROOT is unset
- Favor using the WORKON_HOME environment variable over VIRTUALENV_ROOT
- Specifying the name of the virtualenv directory
- Postfixing VIRTUALENV_ROOT with "/mycroft"
