This commit quiets staticcheck's warnings about "unnecessary use of
fmt.Sprintf" and "unnecessary use of fmt.Sprint".
Prior to this commit we were wrapping simple constant strings without
any formatting verbs with fmt.Sprintf().
If the columns change between series, it will now act as if it was a new
statement id and reprint the headers. This only happens with show
diagnostics at the moment and we shouldn't add this functionality
anywhere else anyway.
This change provides a clear separation between the query engine
mechanics and the query language so that the language can be parsed and
dealt with separate from the query engine itself.
