Brett Buddin	9e8f5a27bc	fix(http): Make common wrapper function capable of handling nil-valued proxies. ... Pipeline tests in idpe are setting up an `http.APIBackend` directly without a constructor function. This is causing this `AlgoWProxy` field to be `nil` when exercising end-to-end tests. This just makes the structure a bit more defensive and falls back to using the no-op proxy in the presence of a nil value.	2020-05-06 13:04:31 -04:00
