* docs: revise install instructions, provide CLI process - Closes #4502 - Update CLI (and API) instructions for users who want end-to-end automated process without UI interaction. - Still WIP, but closer. - Add link to influxd recovery CLI - Ran into the CLI bug https://github.com/influxdata/influxdb/issues/23668 for creating auths with --all-access and --operator.
