Re-arrange raw editor to remove jank
...
- Dropdown inline with status bar
- Dropdown menu wider, aligns to right edge
- Query preview / raw text always the same height (slightly larger)
- Query tabs never gets more wide (more space for schema exploration)

Dashboard comes from params, not Redux ( #1218 )
...
We removed the `dashboard` key from Redux in favor
of `dashboards`, which contains an array of all
dashboards. This means we have to pass the current
dashboard around to action creators.
