Rename LogViewerUI to LogViewer in Config struct.
Make all instances of endpoint 'logviewer' (lowercase).
Make all instances of config.links.logViewer (camelcase).

Luke Morris 9eb7a8cdd4 Reintroduce :interval: work 
This reverts commit 4b54081cf8.

:interval: represents a duration now

queryConfig must recognize both :interval: forms

Another case to consider

Fix broken links in CHANGELOG

Rudimentary migration system w/ :interval: migration

Only looking for :interval: now

Server can expect time(:interval:) from now on

Michael Desa acf3de93cd Allow for different canned resource paths 
Previously, users had to place all canned resources (layouts,
dashboards, sources, kapacitors, and organizations) in a single
directory. This work introduces a way to specify two directories.
One for application layouts and one for the other resources.

Users may still place all resources in a single directory if they'd
like.
