Dries Buytaert fd1c63b5c0 - Patch ##525540 by jvandyk, sun, jhodgdon, fago | webchick, TheRec, Dave Reid, brianV, sun.core, cweagans, Dries: gave trigger.module and includes/actions.inc an API overhaul. While the hope was that this would result in improved performance for low-end hosts, it comes at the expense of critical development experience problems and less benefit than something like APC.
