Updated all modules and themes to reflect this change. All other
themes and modules need updating too!
makes the ever-confusing "rehash modules" (see module.module) no
longer needed, hence making module.module redundant. :-)
- Removed module.module.
- Renamed conf.module to system.module, and added some information
about the available modules to system.module.
- Various small changes.
