Added the Druplicon in two formats along with an explanation... one is PSP format, the other is a high-res PNG (1600x1600).

You can find the Druplicon (the Drupal-logo) in two formats here: Paint Shop Pro 7 (vector-format) and a high-resolution PNG. The PNG should enable people who don't have PSP to use it...
