Eric Andersen 341170b012 Remove all the llseek junk and just use regular old lseek. When DOLFS is
enabled, regular lseek is transparently promoted to lseek64 anyways, rendering
the llseek stuff pointless.

Eric Andersen acd244af1c Eliminate dependancy on kernel header files. Naughty naughty.
Using linux kernel headers is a Bad Thing(tm) and should be
punished.
