Rob Landley cc9962d7fb More code from kernel developers, and therefore licensed under GPLv2 only. 
Clarify the license boilerplate.

On an unrelated note, this could use busyboxification.  check_mount() looks
reusable and ask() is generic...

Rob Landley 88621d7398 Svn 16007 broke the build under gcc 4.0.3. This fixes up some of the damage 
(the e2fsprogs directory is too twisty and evil to easily fix, but I plan
to rewrite it anyway so I'll just bump that up in priority a bit).

* Do not initialize globals to 0, it is done automatically
* unsigned short -> uint16_t,  unsigned int -> uint32_t
  where appropriate (did it ever work on Alphas?)
* triple sync() is silly - removed
* check_zone_nr uses check_zone_nr2 now
* remove trailing periods from messages, uppercase first letter

Eric Andersen cbe31dace5 It turns out that DODMALLOC was broken when I reorganized busybox.h 
header file usage before the 0.49 release.  To fix it, I had to move
the '#include "busybox.h"' to the end of the list of #include files.

Eric Andersen 56f3e353da Both of these commands were subtly broken. Fortunately when used together the 
damage was only ugly fscks.  Reverted to the static inline code so they work
correctly again,
