Vincenzo Frascino f8d7a76128 [BEETLE] Enable RTOS on Beetle 
This patch enables RTOS support on Beetle.
It contains:
* Updated Beetle Startup code for ARMCC
* Modified SysTick Driver
* RTOS specific configuration parameters
* RTOS specific test suite enablement
