googletest now follows the "Abseil Live at HEAD" philosophy, which means
they recommend using the latest commit on the master branch and always
compiling from source. They recommend this to avoid version mismatch
issues and "diamond dependency" problems which are common in dependency
graphs with pinned versions. Google make the "promise" that future
changes won't break downstream code if it follows the "Abseil
compatability guidelines".
Upping the version to master also fixes some CMake configure time
warnings that were present with the older tagged releases of googletest:
CMake Deprecation Warning at __build/_deps/googletest-src/CMakeLists.txt:4 (cmake_minimum_required):
Compatibility with CMake < 2.8.12 will be removed from a future version of
CMake.
Update the VERSION argument <min> value or use a ...<max> suffix to tell
CMake that the project does not need compatibility with older versions.
CMake Deprecation Warning at __build/_deps/googletest-src/googlemock/CMakeLists.txt:45 (cmake_minimum_required):
Compatibility with CMake < 2.8.12 will be removed from a future version of
CMake.
Update the VERSION argument <min> value or use a ...<max> suffix to tell
CMake that the project does not need compatibility with older versions.
CMake Deprecation Warning at __build/_deps/googletest-src/googletest/CMakeLists.txt:56 (cmake_minimum_required):
Compatibility with CMake < 2.8.12 will be removed from a future version of
CMake.
Update the VERSION argument <min> value or use a ...<max> suffix to tell
CMake that the project does not need compatibility with older versions.
- Add a new MbedOS project in mbed os root CMake which can be used along with
BUILD_TESTING conditional check for enabling the unittest build
- Update UNITTEST CMake for setting the CMake configuration like c, cxx flags etc.,
- Add if CMAKE_CROSSCOMPILING conditional check wherever target configuration check
and toolchain configuration to avoid such configuration gets included for unittest build.

This PR is a part of a wider \connectivity refactoring and implements the above new directory structure for \lorawan.
Earlier all unittests ended up having all flags in common from all unittest targets.
This is now improved by using googletest provided mechanism to set build time compile options
All cmake files have been modified to reflect changes (when needed)
Could not figure out a syntax for {0x00, 0x00, ..., 0x00} intitializer list yet,
so those needs to be setup by updating C/CXX flags.
Separate drivers, events, and rtos internal APIs from public APIs.
* Move source files to source subdirs
* Move internal headers to internal subdirs
* Add Doxygen comments for documenting internal and public APIs
* Remove source code from header files in order to remove include pre-processor directives
that included header files not directly used by said header files
* Explicitly include header files instead of implicit inclusions via third-party header files.
Release Notes
This will break user code that was using an internal API as the internal header files have been moved.
This will only break if the user was including the header file using a namespace (i.e #include "foo/bar.h" instead of #include "bar.h"
Provide partial RTOS API for bare metal builds - things that
can be done in a single threaded environment.
Allows more code to work in both RTOS and bare metal builds without
change, and in particular gives easy access to the ability to
efficiently wait for something occurring in interrupt.
Available in bare-metal:
* ThisThread
* osThreadFlagsSet to set flags on main thread (can be set from IRQ)
* EventFlags (can be set from IRQ)
* Semaphores (can be released from IRQ)
* Mutex (dummy implementation)
Not useful:
* ConditionVariable (could only be signalled from 2nd thread)
* RtosTimer (calls in a second thread context)
* Thread
Unimplemented:
* Mail, Queue, MemoryPool
Possible future work:
* ConditionVariableCS to act as IRQ signalled ConditionVariable
enable_test() seems to include CTest framework in the CMakeLists.txt but
that would result in inconsistencies and CTest framework will not be
able to find DartConfiguration file or MemCheck tool.
Including CTest framework explicitely in the CMakeLists.txt seems to
solve the issue.
