Shuopeng Deng 24991a4577 Changed mbed gpio-port api to match gpio api 
The port configuration api was not correctly setting the port-pins'
direction. Changed the port driver to call the gpio driver for
configuration (read and write still are optimized for port-level
operations) so that the behavior is consistent.

Laurent Meunier e862438fad Clearing UART TC Flag prevents deep sleep, so do not clear it 
The TC flag is used in function serial_is_tx_ongoing to check if there is
an ongoing serial transmission. So this Flag must not be cleared at the
end of the transmission, otherwise, serial_is_tx_ongoing will notify that
TX is ongoing.

The impact is that it may prevent deep sleep to be entered.

Also there is no need to clear this flag at the end of the transaction
because it will be cleared automatically by HW when a new transmission
starts.

Alexandre Bourdiol adcf0e2fa5 DISCO_H747I Dualcore support 
Add 2 targets for DISCO_H747I dualcore:
* DISCO_H747I      -> for CM7 core
* DISCO_H747I_CM4  -> for CM4 core

Current restrictions:
* TICKLESS deactivated
* DeepSleep not supported (DeepSleep wrapped to sleep)

Warning: use of the same IP (example I2C1) by both core at the same time is not prevented,
but is strongly not recommended.
Some Hardware Semaphore are use for common IP, to manage concurrent access by both cores: Flash, GPIO, RCC.

Warning: Drag and drop of binary to DISCO_H747I will flash CM7.
         In order to flash CM4, one can use STM32 CubeProgrammer tool.

Shuopeng Deng 1b141209eb Fix dropped bytes on spi write 
The cyhal_spi_send api was changed to read and discard a byte on every
send operation (at the protocol level all SPI transfers are bidirectional).
This means that to achieve a truly bidirectional transfer, the
cyhal_spi_transfer API must be called (as opposed to a write followed
by a read).

Matthew Macovsky baf375f8cb Allow for arbitrary QSPI alt sizes 
The QSPI spec allows alt to be any size that is a multiple of the
number of data lines. For example, Micron's N25Q128A uses only a
single alt cycle for all read modes (1, 2, or 4 bits depending on
how many data lines are in use).

Leszek Rusinowicz a690bf305f FUTURE_SEQUANA: SPI HAL API fixes. 
- Fixed miscalculation in SPI frequency setup (divider value).
- Added possibility to set up SCK line as NC (usable when SPI peripheral
   is used to handle non-SPI protocols.
- Fixed handlingh of 16-bit (and other >8 bit) transfers.

Chun-Chieh Li 0917a0d5a6 [M252KG] Fix IP initialization sequence 
Better IP initialization sequence:
1. Configure IP pins
2. Select IP clock source and then enable it
3. Reset the IP (SYS_ResetModule)

NOTE1: IP reset takes effect regardless of IP clock. So it doesn't matter if
       IP clock enable is before IP reset.
NOTE2: Non-configured pins may disturb IP's state, so IP pinout first and then
       IP reset.
NOTE3: IP reset at the end of IP initialization sequence can cover unexpected
       situation.

On Nuvoton targets, lp_ticker_set_interrupt(...) needs around 3 lp-ticker
ticks to take effect. It may miss when current tick and match tick are very
close (see hal/LowPowerTickerWrapper.cpp). Enlarge LPTICKER_DELAY_TICKS to
4 from 3 to address this boundary case.

Chun-Chieh Li d0ffd9510f [M252KG] Override mpu-rom-end to 0x1fffffff 
Without this override, mpu hal will require 5 mpu regions which exceed 4 mpu
regions supported by M252 (see hal/mpu/mbed_mpu_v8m.c). In this scenario,
we will hit assert error but we actually meet stack overrun first due to just
0x400 bytes for emitting error message. The issue doesn’t occur on other
targets such as M487 because it has 8 mpu regions.

Keep vector table and crash data ram in 0x20000000 for
tests-mbed_platform-crash_reporting test.
Move the rest in RAM (0x24000000). This is needed for ethernet and allows

1.  Create a private target name NU_PFM_M2351_CM which stands for the

2.  NU_PFM_M2351_NPSA_S/NS target names for non-PSA secure/non-secure targets
    respectively.
3.  The original target name NUMAKER_PFM_M2351 is recycled and cannot be used.
    Use NU_PFM_M2351_S/NS for non-PSA secure/non-secure targets instead.

NOTE:   Target name doesn't follow the rule below because online database has
        limit of max 20 chars:

        NUMAKER_PFM_M2351_PSA/NOPSA_S/NS

        Instead, it has the rule:

        NU_PFM_M2351_[NPSA_]S/NS

        NU_PFM_M2351_S/NS for PSA targets. This is to be consistent with current

Moved position of MSP432 in targets.json so TI stuff is in one block.

Chun-Chieh Li 9d4d99cf34 M263: Fix IP initialization sequence 
Better IP initialization sequence:
1. Configure IP pins
2. Select IP clock source and then enable it
3. Reset the IP (SYS_ResetModule)

NOTE1: IP reset takes effect regardless of IP clock. So it doesn't matter if
       IP clock enable is before IP reset.
NOTE2: Non-configured pins may disturb IP's state, so IP pinout first and then
       IP reset.
NOTE3: IP reset at the end of IP initialization sequence can cover unexpected
       situation.

Chun-Chieh Li 7504cf835f M263: Fix mbedmicro-rtos-mbed-systimer/Wake up from deep sleep failing 
This test requires total latency (tot = h/w + s/w) (wakeup from deepsleep) be
under 1ms. To check the issue, measure total latency on Nuvoton targets:

M2351       42000       43000       43213

Checking h/w spec, h/w latency (wakeup time from normal power-down mode) on
M487/M2351 is just 1us (n/a on other targets). S/W latency plays the major
part here.

S/W latency relies on system performance. On Nuvoton targets, 'LPTICKER_DELAY_TICKS'
possibly complicates the test. Anyway, to pass the test, add extra 1ms latency
(deep-sleep-latency) in targets.json for Nuvoton targets.

Chun-Chieh Li 2a48f54c1d M263: Enlarge LPTICKER_DELAY_TICKS for safe 
On Nuvoton targets, lp_ticker_set_interrupt(...) needs around 3 lp-ticker
ticks to take effect. It may miss when current tick and match tick are very
close (see hal/LowPowerTickerWrapper.cpp). Enlarge LPTICKER_DELAY_TICKS to
4 from 3 to address this boundary case.

Keep former behaviour for I2C V1.
For I2C V2:
Use only I2C_FIRST_FRAME, I2C_FIRST_AND_LAST_FRAME and I2C_LAST_FRAME,
thus we avoid using reload bit.
Reload suppose the next frame would be in the same direction,
but we have no guarranty about this. So we cannot use reload bit.
Note: in case of 2 consecutive I2C_FIRST_FRAME,
a restart is automatically generated only if there is direction change in the direction.

- Added dummy data setup API to allow users to configure
  the dummy data to be transferred.
- Added new APIs for half-duplex transfer function. Users
  can send and receive data by one API in the polling/interrupt/EDMA way,
  and they can choose either to transmit first or to receive first.
  Additionally, the PCS pin can be configured as assert status in
  transmission (between transmit and receive) by setting the
  isPcsAssertInTransfer to true.
- Fix for MISRA issues

Chun-Chieh Li bab5d27e26 [M453] Classify by M45xD/M45xC and M45xG/M45xE 
M451 series can classify by M45xD/M45xC and M45xG/M45xE. To support this
classification:
1.  Create TARGET_M45xD_M45xC and TARGET_M45xG_M45xE targets.
2.  Mark NUMAKER_PFM_M453 belongs to TARGET_M45xG_M45xE by 'extra_labels_add'
    in targets.json.
3.  Fix pin name table according to the classification.
4.  Fix pinmap table according to the classification.

Chun-Chieh Li 6f1bd325cd [NANO130] Remove SPI MOSI1/MISO1 pins from pinmap 
MOSI1/MISO1 are used in second bit of 2-bit transfer mode and cannot be used
for normal MOSI/MISO. Remove them from pinmap.

This is also to fix FPGA CI test mbed_hal_fpga_ci_test_shield-spi/
SPI - basic test.

Chun-Chieh Li fef138a3cd [Nuvoton] Fix IP initialization sequence 
Better IP initialization sequence:
1. Configure IP pins
2. Select IP clock source and then enable it
3. Reset the IP (SYS_ResetModule)

NOTE1: IP reset takes effect regardless of IP clock. So it doesn't matter if
       IP clock enable is before IP reset.
NOTE2: Non-configured pins may disturb IP's state, so IP pinout first and then
       IP reset.
NOTE3: IP reset at the end of IP initialization sequence can cover unexpected
       situation.

Mahesh Mahadevan 75608f6db2 MCUXpresso: Updated SMC SDK driver 
Update includes allocating RAM region for code to enter
stop modes and execute this code in RAM, thus the flash
is idle and no prefetch is performed while entering stop
mode.

Chun-Chieh Li 413d127586 Nuvoton: Remove dead code nu_delay_cycle_x4(...) 
Originally, nu_delay_cycle_x4(...) is borrowed from mbed test code for delay
cycle. Currently, it is not used on Nuvoton targets. If delay cycle is needed,
use wait_ns(...) instead which has strict implementation and has passed tests.
