Lingkai Dong ce775d58e9 BLE HealthThermometerService: correct GATT characteristics 
As per official specification, temperature measurement requires
the GATT characteristic "INDICATE" instead of "NOTIFY".

Full credits to Jean-Marc Jobin (@jmjobin on GitHub) for
identifying the issue and proposing this fix.

Lingkai Dong 1b71c934c4 BLE services: update to use the latest APIs 
Update BatterService and HealthThermometerService to use
up-to-date BLE APIs.

Note: HealthThermometerService::updateTemperature() will
not check GAP connection which should be taken care of by
the caller.

Vincent Coubard 93a4a2a87b BLE: update heart rate service definition. 
This patch includes:
* Documentation update.
* Code simplification and correctness; the value overloads based on the
  size of the hrm counter has been removed in favor of runtime check which
  is more correct.
* The control point characteristic has been removed since HeartRate value
  byte does not support the accumulated energy expanded.

Akos Kiss 8035ddc36c Add flush to the BLE UART Service 
If only buffer-full events and LF characters trigger the flush of
the send buffer then only line-based communication can be
implemented over the BLE UART Service. This patch extends the
service API by adding an explicit `flush` method to force sending
the buffer contents, thus enabling protocols with short (e.g.,
single character) messages.

Vincent Coubard 2259e0d539 Move ARMmbed/feature/FEATURE_BLE into mbedmicro/mbed. 
In the process, the path has been shortened and the unecessary ble
directory between FEATURE_BLE and the actual implementation has been
removed.
