Przemyslaw Stekiel d962f67ca2 Move Timer test, modify ASERT macros, fix comments. 
Move Timer test to TESTS/mbed_drivers/ directory which is more suitable.
Fix few comments which are incorrect.
Use more relevant ASERT macros.
