Przemyslaw Stekiel 814940cabe Fix for issue #8155 (NRF52832: time stops after 35 minutes) 
Low power Timer is used as RTC for platforms that don't have HW RTC capabilities (like NRF52832).
`_rtc_lpticker_read(void)` function currently uses `Timer::read()` function to trace elapsed time.
`Timer::read()` returns seconds represented as `float` value, but this value is calculated from `int` since `Timer::read_us()` returns `int`.
This limits time tracing to ~35 min.
To fix this problem we will use `timer::read_high_resolution_us()` (which returns unsigned 64 bit value) instead of `Timer::read()`.

Jimmy Brisson f266dc79a8 requiremnts: Bump IceTea 
### Description

Version 1.0.1 of IceTea required conflicting version of jsonschema and
a version of pyshark that required a native compiler on windows. Version
1.0.2 resoves these issues and a few more. This PR prevents users from
installing a version which we know is broken

Filip Jagodzinski 6821556b47 STM: Fix us_ticker timestamp after deep sleep 
Use the `mbed_sdk_inited` flag to correct the `HAL_GetTick()` behavior
after waking up from deep sleep mode. `ticker_read_us()` must not be
used to read us_ticker timestamp after waking up until the us_ticker
context is restored. More detailed description in issue #8117.

Jimmy Brisson 4f1c1d90e5 `mbed dm`: Remove references to internal script from help 
### Description

Now that we are delegating the help text to `device_managment.py`,
it should print out help as if it's invoked with `mbed device-management`.
This PR changes the argument parser and the help text to do just that.

Mahesh Mahadevan 3661dc7e71 MIMXRT1050_EVK: Fix the PWM Hal driver 
1. Add Pin defines for missing PWM pins
2. Update the hal to account for the number of PWM instances
3. Fix the register reload policy
4. Configure the XBAR to put the PWM fault inputs in inactive state
