ccli8 ab85146b20 [Nuvoton] Remove SD component from targets.json 
Nuvoton targets below don't provide SPI-bus SD on-board, identified by 'SD' in
target component list. Instead, these targets provide SD-bus SD on-board, identified
by unofficial 'NUSD', driver of which is provided outside mbed-os tree. So 'SD' must
be removed to reflect the truth.

Brian Daniels bc06c535d0 Conditionally enable --ide=mbed from ARMC6 based on compiler version. 
If the Mbed Studio build of ARMC6 is found, add the --ide=mbed to all
necessary executables.

Vincent Coubard 7ee811141b BLE - Add CordioHCIDriver::on_host_stack_inactivity 
This callback should be called by the host stack when it has no pending activities. It allows a driver to put its controller to sleep.
