Brian Daniels	1473240637	Fixing issue in timing host test and wait_us case The timing host tests reported success even if the total drift was negative. This adds a check for this now. Fixing issue in timing host test and wait_us case

The timing host tests reported success even if the total drift was
negative. This adds a check for this now.
