* Optimise clearing by adding `nullptr` overload. This overload means
`Callback(NULL)` or `Callback(0)` will no longer work; users must
use `Callback(nullptr)` or `Callback()`.
* Optimise clearing by not clearing storage - increases code size of
comparison, but that is extremely rare.
* Reduce ROM used by trivial functors - share copy/destroy code.
* Config option to force trivial functors - major ROM saving by
eliminating the "operations" table.
* Config option to eliminate comparison altogether - minor ROM saving by
eliminating zero padding.
* Conform more to `std::function` API.
Musca-B1 is a Cortex-M33 based target with security extension enabled.
- ARM_MUSCA_B1 is the non-secure target running mbed-os.
- ARM_MUSCA_B1_S is the secure target running TF-M.
- TF-M sources were imported and patched in previous commits.
- TF-M secure bootloader (McuBoot) for MUSCA_B1 is submitted by a
pre-built binary.
- A post-build hook concatenates The secure and non-secure binaries,
signs it and then concatenates the bootloader with the signed binary.

Adding a new target of HW development kit using [Samsung Exynos i S111](https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/exynos/products/iot/exynos-i-s111/) module to Mbed-OS.
This will widen the HW choices of Mbed-OS enabled NB-IoT, GNSS and Security (eFuse, AES, SHA-2, PKA, Secure Storage, Security Sub-System, [PUF](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Physical_unclonable_function)) modules.

* Deprecate RawSerial.
* Introduce UnbufferedSerial to provide unbuffered I/O by implementing
with a FileHandle interface for I/O streams.
* Add Greentea test for the UnbufferedSerial class.
The retarget code allocates an array of FileHandle* for console and file
handling (filehandles). A tiny target only needs a console (putc/getc).
There is no need for file handling.
The POSIX layer and the array of FileHandle* is not required for small
targets that only need a console ; this code is optionally compiled
out if the configuration parameter platform.stdio-minimal-console-only is
set to `"true"`.
* Fixed wrapper functions for IAR
* Fixed and renamed profile to minimal-printf.json
* Moved minimal-printf under platform
* Removed minimal-printf/mbed_lib.json
* Modified exporter template to work with partial profile
* Prevented optimization of printf to avoid compiler function substitution
Imports working McuBoot for reset.
Updates microsec ticker driver.
Default baudrate is set to 115200 to see TF-M boot messages.
Stack top is set to scatter file dependent and not hard-coded.
New `target.console-uart` option added to indicate whether a target has
a console UART on STDIO_UART_TX/RX/RTS/CTS pins. (The existing option
`target.console-uart-flow-control` indicates whether RTS and or CTS is
available in addition to TX and RX).
The option defaults to true, and is currently true on all platforms. It
only applies if DEVICE_SERIAL is true, so no need to go through and mark
it false for non-SERIAL platforms.
An application can turn off target.console-uart to save ROM/power/etc if
they don't want to use the serial console. If this is turned off, the
console won't be activated for stdin/stdout, but the application is
still free to open `UARTSerial(STDIO_UART_TX, STDIO_UART_RX)`
themselves.
Make the option positively named, and as it is a platform config
option make sure it only affects platform code.
HAL functions still remain available even if platform is told not
to use them.
Modify the implementation of CThunk so it does not execute from ram.
Instead is uses an array of functions in flash which can be allocated
as a thunk. The number of CThunks that can be used by an application
can be configured with MBED_CONF_PLATFORM_CTHUNK_COUNT_MAX.
Add a config option for the following values:
MBED_SYS_STATS_ENABLED
MBED_STACK_STATS_ENABLED
MBED_CPU_STATS_ENABLED
MBED_HEAP_STATS_ENABLED
MBED_THREAD_STATS_ENABLED
MBED_CONF_APP_MAIN_STACK_SIZE
MBED_CONF_APP_TIMER_THREAD_STACK_SIZE
MBED_CONF_APP_IDLE_THREAD_STACK_SIZE
MBED_CONF_APP_THREAD_STACK_SIZE
To maintain backwards compatibility inside the RTOS both
APP and RTOS config values can be used.
The new configuration make Error history tracking switched off by default and enabled by using the config flag MBED_CONF_PLATFORM_ERROR_HIST_ENABLED.
Config flag MBED_CONF_PLATFORM_ERROR_ALL_THREADS_INFO enables printing info of all threads. This will be turned off by default.
Rework so that everything is a FileHandle, including
stdin/stdout/stderr.
Provide legacy functionality of calling serial_getc and serial_putc as
an internal "DirectSerial" FileHandle.
Add a JSON option to use UARTSerial instead.
Add hooks for target and application to provide custom FileHandles.
Allow for CRLF conversion to work on any FileHandle that isatty(),
as stdin/stdout or any other FILE. Optimise the conversion so it
doesn't force all write calls to be 1 byte. Limit the conversion
to the stdio layer, so that read() and write() work the same as
the FileHandle methods - this seems less confusing.
