Hugues Kamba 7b845409a0 UnbufferedSerial: Introduce the class to replace RawSerial 
* Deprecate RawSerial.
* Introduce UnbufferedSerial to provide unbuffered I/O by implementing
  with a FileHandle interface for I/O	streams.
* Add Greentea test for the UnbufferedSerial class.
