George Psimenos df5baf6031 USB public APIs cleanup (#11034) 
The contents of the usb directory were moved to appropriate locations and the usb directory removed.

* Public USB headers moved under drivers/
* Internal USB headers moved under drivers/internal/
* USB Source code moved under drivers/source/usb/
* Moved usb/device/hal/ under hal/usb/
* Moved usb/device/USBPhy/ under hal/usb/
* Merged usb/device/targets/ into targets/
* Separated public and private USB API documentation under Doxygen groups drivers-public-api and drivers-internal-api.

Separate drivers, events, and rtos internal APIs from public APIs.

* Move source files to source subdirs
* Move internal headers to internal subdirs
* Add Doxygen comments for documenting internal and public APIs
* Remove source code from header files in order to remove include pre-processor directives
that included header files not directly used by said header files
* Explicitly include header files instead of implicit inclusions via third-party header files.

Release Notes

This will break user code that was using an internal API as the internal header files have been moved.
This will only break if the user was including the header file using a namespace (i.e #include "foo/bar.h" instead of #include "bar.h"

Kevin Bracey 0bb4c050b7 SingletonPtr: API extensions, make constexpr 
* Adjust definition to make the default constructor `constexpr`.
  This permits use in classes that want lazy initialization and their
  own `constexpr` constructor, such as `mstd::mutex`.

* Add `get_no_init()` method to allow an explicit optimisation for
  paths that know they won be the first call (such as
  `mstd::mutex::unlock`).

* Add `destroy()` method to permit destruction of the contained object.
  (`SingletonPtr`'s destructor does not call its destructor - a cheat
  to omit destructors of static objects). Needed if using in a class
  that needs proper destruction.

Devaraj Ranganna 7765d39283 The targets FUTURE_SEQUANA_M0_PSA and FUTURE_SEQUANA_PSA are removed 
due to partial implementation. Having FUTURE_SEQUANA_M0 and
FUTURE_SEQUANA PSA targets is misleading.

Cruz Monrreal II 397ee3074a Removed nearly all usage of 'apt-get'. 
Primary cause of false Travis CI failures was running 'apt-get update'.
Refactored all instances where this was needed with manually fetching and installing dependencies in S3 instace.

This also includes GCC installation.

adbridge b28d0811df Fix up subprocess calls 
subprocess.call() does not by default return a status value.

Update the commands to add shell=True which forces a return value.
Also convert the commands to a single string rather than a list as
this plays more nicely with both linux and windows.

adbridge a7c777d5c1 Make examples commands return a failure 
Currently the following commands in examples.py,
do_import()
do_deploy()
do_versionning()
do_clone()

all return a success status (ie 0) irrespective of any errors
originating from their sub-functions.

This PR fixes this. Now these commands will return one of:
0 - success
1 - general failure
x - failure returned by a subprocess.call function

While feature changes were being added to mbed-os a number of
examples were removed from this list due to incompatibility issues.
This PR adds those examples back in:
Filesystem,
Blockdevice,
Mesh-minimal,
Bootloader.

This PR also adds in the new NFC example.

Kevin Bracey 2548f1894d Restrict client and socket example tests to K64F+K66F 
I would like to restrict these to devices with "device_has": "EMAC", but
the framework doesn't currently permit that.  Revisit as more drivers
are EMAC-enabled or if the framework changes.
